Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architectural Technician to join our team. As a key member of our Estates Department's Development Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support on projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line management of the Architectural Technician team to assist the Principal Development Manager on major works development projects.
  • Produce high-quality concept and technical drawings in Autocad and Revit suitable for planning, tendering, and construction on various project types.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including production of associated documentation and as-built drawings.
  • Involve in design changes and design support to other Departments as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Educated to HND or higher in a building-related qualification.
  • Strong track record as a UK-based Architectural Technician.
  • Highly competent Autocad operator with an excellent working knowledge of Building Regulations and other relevant building legislation.
  • Working knowledge of Revit advantageous.
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical construction drawings.
  • Knowledge of planning and ability to manage planning applications.
