Our Client based in Surrey is currently recruiting for a Lead Architectural Technician to join their team as soon as possible.
This is a full time, permanent role offering hybrid working and a salary of up to £45,000 per year.

The purpose of the role is to provide technical support as part of the Estates Department’s Development Team on projects from inception to completion through provision of design concepts, technical drawings and assisting in ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Line management of the Architectural Technician team to assist the Principal Development Manager on major works development projects from inception through to completion including determining priorities and workloads.
Produce high quality concept and technical drawings in Autocad and Revit suitable for planning, tendering and construction on a variety of project types including new build, refurbishment and groundworks.

Educated to HND or higher in a building related qualification.
Highly competent Autocad operator with an excellent working knowledge of Building Regulations and other relevant building legislation such as British Standards.
Working knowledge of Revit advantageous.
Ability to produce high quality technical construction drawings.
Knowledge of planning and ability to manage planning applications.
