Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architectural Technician to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a key member of our Estates Department's Development Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support on projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on projects from inception to completion, including the provision of design concepts, technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Line manage the Architectural Technician team to assist the Principal Development Manager on major works development projects.
- Produce high-quality concept and technical drawings in Autocad and Revit suitable for planning, tendering, and construction on various project types.
- Assist in determining priorities and workloads for the Architectural Technician team.
- Ensure that all technical drawings and documents are accurate, complete, and meet the required standards.
Requirements:
- Education to HND or higher in a building-related qualification.
- Highly competent Autocad operator with an excellent working knowledge of Building Regulations and other relevant building legislation.
- Working knowledge of Revit is advantageous.
- Ability to produce high-quality technical construction drawings.
- Knowledge of planning and ability to manage planning applications.
