Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our Partnerships programme, which is crucial to the long-term success of GoCardless. As a key member of our energetic and close-knit team of Partner Account Managers, you will be responsible for growing GoCardless via third parties at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Build and grow partnerships with software platforms across multiple verticals, from accounting and invoicing to health and fitness.
- Develop and implement effective partner account plans to identify and prioritize both strategic goals and short-term initiatives.
- Work closely with external and internal product teams to identify and deliver product development initiatives to support and drive growth.
- Experience in partner management, channel sales, or ecosystem management, ideally in a B2B tech environment.
- Commercial acumen and ability to dig into data to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively work with a range of functions and teams.
- Natural project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources and balance competing priorities.
