Job Opportunity: Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at LADbible Group. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading complex client campaigns and delivering branded content projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Client Campaigns: Directly manage an Account Manager and strategically plan and deliver branded content deliverables from beginning to end.
  • Client Briefing and Strategy: Lead upfront briefing meetings to inform delivery strategy with consideration of client, company, and project needs.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner closely with Client Solutions (Sales), Trafficking, Creative, and the Client Projects teams to optimise day-to-day campaign processes and workflow.
  • Client Satisfaction: Deliver first-class service for our clients ensuring client satisfaction across all partnerships.
  • Relationship Building: Strive to build deep and meaningful relationships with clients with the aim to retain and grow the account.
  • Financial Management: Accurately manage project finances, budgets, contracts, and create SOWs.

Requirements:

  • Project Management Experience: Strong background in delivering complex and challenging projects, specifically across social video and static content.
  • Core Project Management Skills: A thorough knowledge and understanding of core project management skills including the ability to brief teams, understand and create timelines, develop clear and concise presentations, and manage margins.
  • Team Leadership: A team leader with the ability to lead and nurture members of a core project team.
  • Client Relationships: Comfortable in building strong and constructive relationships with clients based on honesty and trust.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable in fast-paced, creative environments with the ability to bring teams together to deliver the right solution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, providing presentation support to your line manager or broader team where necessary.
