About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Director at Dentsu Creative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Director in campaign planning and client management of a variety of influencer campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Account Director to challenge client briefs and ensure creative solutions and KPIs are achievable.
  • Work with the Account Director to implement campaigns from conception to completion, driving the team to deliver innovative, ambitious, integrated, and 'on-brief' campaigns.
  • Responsible for end-to-end running of smaller campaigns and client management, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Liaise with third parties and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers and clients.
  • Project manage the Account Executives to deliver excellent execution of full campaigns, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Act as a key contact for influencers at all stages of negotiations of a new project, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Deliver key creative thinking across all projects, driving innovative solutions and ideas.
  • Act as the 'gatekeeper' for quality control and the first port of call on day-to-day queries and questions and plan progress.
  • Work with the Account Director on contract negotiation, liaising with legal and finance teams where needed.
  • Coordinate invoicing and payment process as per contract and terms agreed.
  • Deliver presentations to clients where necessary, showcasing campaign results and progress.

Requirements

  • Awareness of the latest market trends and developments in the influencer marketing space.
  • Experience of training and mentoring others, with a proven track record of developing and growing teams.
  • Experience of working with and managing clients, with a strong understanding of their needs and expectations.
  • Managing creative content RFP processes, with a focus on delivering high-quality and engaging content.
  • Understanding of fee structures and commercial terms, with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Proficient at analyzing data and creating reports, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • B2B experience is preferable, with a strong understanding of the commercial and business aspects of influencer marketing.
