Job Title: Account Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at VMA GROUP. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic communications plans, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans to meet client objectives
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality services to clients, including media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management
  • Manage and motivate account teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and research, to deliver integrated communications solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior account management role, preferably in the consumer PR sector
  • Strong understanding of consumer PR and communications principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
