Job Title: Deputy Nursery Manager

Job Type: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week

Salary: £31,500 - £39,900 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and safety for our children, while also delivering stimulating methods of learning and leading a team of exceptional individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in our care
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of individual children, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
  • Lead and manage a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, including financial management and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and external partners

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years education or a related field
  • Experience in an Early Years leadership role, preferably as a Deputy Manager or similar
  • Proven track record of successful Ofsted inspections with Good or Outstanding outcomes
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
