Your responsibilities will encompass supporting all teams within the nursery, ensuring adherence to best practices, and promoting the well-being of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with the Nursery Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursery.
- Provide guidance and support to all nursery teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Ensure that all team members deliver enriching and age-appropriate experiences for children, encompassing stimulating environments, resources, and activities.
- Champion the safety and well-being of every individual within the nursery setting.
- Lead and mentor your team, providing ongoing support and training to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum and Ofsted requirements.
We seek a highly qualified and experienced individual with:
- A Level 3 qualification or above in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum of four years of experience working in a nursery setting.
- At least two years of experience in a leadership role within childcare.
