Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive commercial success across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, commercial strategy, and leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with overall company goals.
  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, sales process optimization, and sales enablement. Implement best practices to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Commercial Execution: Lead commercial negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable outcomes for the company. Develop pricing strategies and value propositions to maximize profitability.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions. Develop KPIs and metrics to measure sales effectiveness and track progress against targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, finance, product, and operations teams to align strategies and drive cross-functional initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across the organization.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide strong leadership to the sales operations team, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or related roles.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership ability with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the technology, data center, or telecommunications industry preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English; additional languages spoken in the EMEA region is a plus.
