Logistics and Order Processing Manager

Blush & Bloom Talent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Order Processing Manager to join their growing team in London. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of sales orders, stock transfers, and new launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline order processing activities to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
  • Track and manage shipments from 3rd party manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party logistics providers and warehouses to ensure optimal service at competitive costs.
  • Drive change management projects in warehousing, logistics, and order processing, supported by the Operations Leader.
  • Regularly review and track performance metrics of logistics providers and order processing efficiency, ensuring continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations management, or Order Processing, ideally within beauty or related industries.
  • Exceptional organisational and relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent analytical abilities.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfilment.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of solving operational and order-related problems and driving improvements.
