About the Role

Talentloop is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the end-to-end people management function, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • HRIS System Management: Effectively utilize our HRIS system to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain accurate records.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, drive a positive company culture, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, providing coaching and development opportunities to employees.
  • Learning and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business growth and success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, driving business growth and success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
