We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team at Creative Support. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in delivering efficient human resource services and ensuring the highest standards of internal and external customer care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising and supporting senior staff on welfare issues, ill health and attendance, capability, grievance, and disciplinary procedures. You will also ensure legal compliance, fairness, consistency, and good practice in all HR matters and procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about HR and committed to providing exceptional customer service. You will have the chance to work with a talented team, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our organization.
