Job Summary:

Talentloop is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the end-to-end people management function, driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and support to our leadership team, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring seamless processes and compliance.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, leveraging our HRIS system to attract top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a high-performance culture, driving employee engagement and retention through various initiatives and programs.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • HR Metrics and Analytics: Develop and track key HR metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Learning and Development: Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving business growth and success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in HRIS systems and HR metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
