Job Summary

Talentloop is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the end-to-end people management function, ensuring the success of our business through effective talent acquisition, development, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage all elements of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent and create a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture, supporting people managers and leaders to build a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Manage employee relations processes, ensuring that all interactions are fair, compliant, and respectful.
  • Oversee HR KPIs, working with people managers to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to enhance people metrics.
  • Collaborate with people managers to create learning and development plans, supporting the appraisal process and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR management, with a strong track record of success in talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all aspects of HR management.
