Position Overview

We are enhancing our customer support division and are in search of a dedicated professional to assist in providing exceptional service to our clientele. If you possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence, we would like to hear from you.

As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be integral to our support operations, effectively managing a variety of administrative responsibilities and promptly addressing customer inquiries. Your role will encompass managing membership-related queries, including renewals and reinstatements, overseeing bookings, processing payments, and more, ensuring that our services operate seamlessly and our clients enjoy a smooth experience.

Additionally, you will oversee email correspondence directed to the service department, assist with on-site certificate and license printing, and perform audits to maintain data integrity. Your focus will remain on precision, promptness, and compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage membership processes, including enrolments, renewals, and reinstatements.
  • Handle financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and payments.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Utilize computer applications proficiently, including Microsoft Office and database software.
