Role Overview

As an integral member of our HR team, your position will be vital in enhancing our HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle. You will identify system deficiencies and devise solutions to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR systems and data management. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will design, implement, maintain, troubleshoot, train, and support the enhancement of our systems architecture, aiming to refine our processes, streamline data management, and enable informed decision-making.

You will report directly to the Head of HR and work closely with the entire HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, enhancement, and integration of HR systems, including our HRIS, benefits administration, recruitment ATS, and learning platform.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for HR systems vendors, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Analyze and enhance HR processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain our human resources information systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and providing analytical support throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the HRIS and develop and implement solutions that deliver an optimal employee experience.
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR systems inquiries and user support, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather system requirements and develop solutions that meet HR and business needs.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data and processes to identify and rectify discrepancies, improving overall data accuracy and integrity in line with best practices and technological advancements.
  • Generate and distribute HR reports and dashboards that provide timely and meaningful insights to inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in managing and enhancing Sage HRIS or a comparable suite of HR systems in a similar capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for analyzing processes and data to propose relevant solutions.
  • High level of accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and regulations.
  • Technologically adept with a keen interest in technology trends.

Recruitment Process

  • Initial stage: Up to a 45-minute Teams call interview with Talent Acquisition and HR / Comms Advisor.
  • Second stage: Up to a 1-hour Teams call interview with the Head of HR & L&D Advisor.
  • Final stage: Up to a 1-hour Teams call interview with HR, Finance & IT.
