Role Overview

Solutions for HR is seeking a highly motivated and confident Partnerships Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fundraising and partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in building lasting partnerships with potential funders to generate income for our organization.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our existing Partnerships Manager to help deliver our fundraising and partnership strategy with a focus on building unrestricted income levels. You will be an ambitious self-starter with proven experience in a fundraising or partnerships-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Partnerships Manager to implement the fundraising strategy and build new funder relationships.
  • Assist in managing existing key funder relationships and develop new revenue streams.
  • Support the Business Development team in trusts and foundations.
  • Oversee and maintain accurate supporter records through our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the communications team on digital fundraising and events.

Requirements

  • Broad experience across multiple fundraising disciplines.
  • Experience in planning, organizing, and delivering fundraising campaigns and activities.
  • Experience in using a CRM system such as DonorFy, Salesforce, Raisers Edge, or ThankQ.
