Position: Head Concierge

Location: Millbrook Park

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off

Salary: £30,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)

Contract: A permanent role providing stability and opportunities for advancement.

Role Overview:

This position is based at a luxury residential development, conveniently located near Mill Hill East Underground Station. The development features approximately 170 apartments across three buildings and includes amenities such as a cinema, gym, underground parking, and communal gardens.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

As the Head Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Be dedicated to fostering a positive and secure environment for residents, guests, and staff.
  • Exhibit expertise in customer service, using this knowledge to lead, motivate, and inspire your team.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the performance of the development.
  • Effectively manage feedback in real-time, serving as the primary contact for all inquiries.
  • Support and value your team, building strong relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Demonstrate a history of delivering outstanding customer service, managing complaints, and thriving in a team-oriented setting.
  • Possess line management experience overseeing a team of at least two staff members.
  • Facilitate contractor management, including familiarity with RAMS and issuing permits to work.
  • Exhibit the ability to think quickly and make critical decisions.
  • Come from a management background focused on customer service.
