Role Overview:

This position is situated within a luxury residential development, conveniently located near public transport. The development features approximately 170 apartments across three buildings and includes amenities such as a cinema, gym, underground parking, and communal gardens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and secure environment for residents, guests, and team members.
  • Utilize customer service expertise to lead, motivate, and inspire the team.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the performance of the development.
  • Effectively manage feedback and serve as the primary contact for all inquiries.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Demonstrate a history of delivering excellent customer service and managing complaints.
  • Possess line management experience overseeing a team of at least 2 staff members.
  • Facilitate contractor management and understand RAMS, including issuing permits to work.
  • Exhibit the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Have a background in customer service-focused management.
