Role Overview:

This position will be situated at a luxury residential development, conveniently located near public transport. The development comprises approximately 170 apartments, distributed across three buildings (and expanding). The site features amenities such as a cinema, gym, underground parking, and communal gardens.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

As a Head Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • Be dedicated to fostering a positive and secure environment for residents, guests, and team members.
  • Exhibit expertise in customer service, leveraging this skill to lead, motivate, and inspire others.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the performance of the development.
  • Effectively manage feedback in real-time, serving as the primary contact for all inquiries.
  • Value and support the team, cultivating strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, managing complaints, ensuring safety, and thriving in a team-oriented setting.
  • Possess line management experience overseeing a team of at least 2 staff members.
  • Facilitate contractor management and be knowledgeable about RAMS, as well as issuing permits to work.
  • Exhibit the ability to think critically and make significant decisions.
  • Come from a management background focused on customer service.
