We are currently looking for a Client Support Coordinator to become a part of our team on a permanent basis. This position requires a harmonious blend of robust administrative capabilities and exceptional client interaction skills.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with ensuring outstanding client communication through both written correspondence and phone interactions within a small, collaborative team, working closely with a Client Support Manager.

Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties (70%):
Managing repair processes through all phases utilizing the Repair Management System.
Scheduling repairs, generating and dispatching estimates to clients, processing completed repairs, and invoicing.

Client Interaction (30%):

Addressing client inquiries and conducting follow-up calls to resolve issues and provide updates on order status.
Responding to general email inquiries.

Main Responsibilities:
Scheduling repairs, generating and dispatching estimates, processing repairs, invoicing completed repairs, and placing orders. (Training will be provided)
Accurately documenting data entries in the system reflecting client requests and our recommendations.
Maintain product knowledge and confidently communicate this information to clients.
Handle incoming calls from clients.
Follow up on all client requests within the agreed timeframe.
Take ownership and responsibility for client cases, ensuring thorough and precise communication is recorded in the Repair Management System.
Understand and promote our company values.
Perform additional administrative tasks as required by the Client Support Manager.
Participate in shared manual and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, including proficiency in client service skills and issue resolution.
Exceptional client interaction skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality service both in writing and verbally.
Strong attention to detail when managing repairs and invoices.
Effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
