Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator/Office Manager to play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts, and financial reporting.
- Utilize SAGE Accounts to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support, including general office administration, purchasing, and sales invoicing.
- Manage payroll, tax, and statutory returns, including HMRC VAT and Pensions.
- Assist with new account set-ups, PQQs, and ISO audit and compliance maintenance.
- Ensure H&S compliance, including policies and legislations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial administration, including bookkeeping and accounts.
- Strong knowledge of SAGE Accounts and MS Office skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
