Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts, and financial reporting.
  • Utilize SAGE Accounts to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support, including general office administration, purchasing, and sales invoicing.
  • Manage payroll, tax, and statutory returns, including HMRC VAT and Pensions.
  • Assist with new account set-ups, PQQs, and ISO audit and compliance maintenance.
  • Ensure H&S compliance, including policies and legislations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial administration, including bookkeeping and accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of SAGE Accounts and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
