Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with scheduling production requirements, appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide general clerical support to staff members
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- **We are open to discussion for this role either on a Full-time or Part-time contract basis, hours of working, and salary to be discussed. Our location: 19 Second Avenue, Bluebridge Industrial Estate, Halstead, Essex CO9 2SU**_
