Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at Prime Appointments. The successful candidate will work as part of our finance department, providing administrative support with accounts and payroll tasks.
About the Role
- This is a temporary position requiring someone to start immediately.
- The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for dealing with purchase ledger queries and discrepancies.
- Processing non-ledger/DD bank payments will also be part of your duties.
- Assisting with factory hours adjustments in Sage payroll and saving weekly payroll reports.
- Setting up supplier and customer accounts, as well as posting customer bank receipts.
- Dispatch administration tasks will also fall under your responsibility.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an accounts office environment is essential.
- AAT level 2 qualification or equivalent is required.
- Immediate availability is necessary.
Working Conditions
You will be based in Tiptree, working alongside our experienced team. The hourly rate for this position is £12.00, dependent on experience.
