Marks Sattin Executive Search is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join a rapidly expanding PE-backed B2B business in Essex. As a strategic finance leader, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and a supportive PE house to drive growth, manage projects, and contribute to a realistic expansion plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the finance team as a strategic business partner, overseeing all financial operations.
- Deliver detailed financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting at the highest standards.
- Drive the business's ambitious growth strategy under PE partnership.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the board.
- Serve as a role model, fostering a high-performance culture within the finance team.
- Strengthen relationships with investors and business partners to promote business success and growth.
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA)
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or Financial controller from a Privately-Owned Business looking to step up into a CFO role in a PE-Backed business
- A track record of implementing and improving accounting systems, processes, and management information and financial reporting.
