Job Overview

Chronos Energy is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Construction Delivery Manager for a large-scale heat network energy infrastructure project in the Exeter region. This contract/day rate position will report directly to the Head of Delivery and is ideal for a candidate with a limited company setup.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery of construction works by efficiently managing sub-contractors. Key responsibilities include:

  • 10+ years of experience in delivery/construction/site project management
  • Proven track record of working on district heating/heat network construction projects or large energy infrastructure construction projects
  • Ability to work both on-site and remotely to manage day-to-day and long-term project results
  • Strong organizational skills and methodology to manage project phases and ensure timely completion, within budget, and to specification
  • Experience in managing sub-contractors and communicating with stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site in the Exeter region for 2-3 days per week
