About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic team at Octavius Infrastructure. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, engineering, and operations, to ensure project delivery meets customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, company policies, and procedures, including governance processes.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or equivalent in the rail infrastructure industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, including CDM, rail, and engineering principles.
  • SMSTS competent and possession of a valid CSCS card.
