About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our dynamic team at Octavius Infrastructure. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, engineering, and operations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, and procedures
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting and cost control
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior site management roles, preferably in rail infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • SMSTS competent and correct CSCS card
  • PTS and other identified training
  • Good level of programming and Conditions of contract (NEC, ICE, etc) knowledge
