Railway Project Engineer required with expertise in rail and civil engineering within the South West region of England. We are seeking candidates who possess experience in managing structures, station facilities, access-for-all initiatives, and direct delivery assignments.


Our client, a prominent rail contractor, is in search of a seasoned Site Engineer to become part of their team on a long-term rail framework expected to extend over the coming years.

Numerous projects are available throughout the South West, with an initial focus on candidates located near Exeter.

It is important to note that this position may require weekend work, for which an uplift in pay will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing As-built documentation

• Conducting site layout and measurements

• Overseeing subcontractor activities

• Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings

• Maintaining daily site logs and records

• Performing quality inspections and necessary documentation

• Upholding health and safety standards on site

Candidate Qualifications:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Valid CSCS certification

PTS Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing civil rail projects
