We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Overbury House, a leading provider of residential, nursing, and dementia care in Norfolk.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, ensuring their physical and psychological needs are met.
- Administer and order medications, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication with colleagues.
- Support new admissions and discharges, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and implement detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and excellence in care delivery.
- Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
