Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paddle Club Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Paddle Club management team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring an exceptional experience for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Assist in the overall management of the Paddle Club, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, including the management of staff, facilities, and equipment.
- Membership Sales and Retention: Support the General Manager in driving membership sales and retention through excellent customer service and engagement initiatives.
- Event Management: Coordinate and manage events, tournaments, and coaching sessions, ensuring they are well-organised and successful.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
- Member Support: Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train club staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the club and attract new members.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on club performance, providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a team leader, supervisory or management role.
- Ideal experience in LTA.
- Must have a passion for Padel, Racket Sports and all things health and fitness.
- Full availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Proficient in problem solving and able to work proactively within a team environment to meet established corporate goals and sales objectives.
- Ability to lead and motivate team.
- Desire for career growth within the company.
