About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Assistant to join our team at Frasers Group. As a CRM Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the CRM team in managing customer relationships through the effective use of CRM systems across our various brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Assist in managing customer data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all CRM systems.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email and mobile push notifications, to engage customers and drive business growth.
  • Insight Generation: Provide valuable insights to improve customer engagement and business performance, using data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with wider teams in the business to elevate the email offering and ensure seamless integration with other marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including paid brand activity, to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
