Job Summary
The CRM Assistant will support the CRM team in managing customer relationships through the effective use of CRM systems across Flannels, FRASERS, Studio, Amara, and Jack Wills. This role involves data management, assisting with marketing campaigns, and providing insights that help improve customer engagement and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of the email marketing calendar using market trends and insights.
- Create email briefs and write commercially driven copy.
- Test and ensure all emails meet the brief deadlines.
- Develop and test push notifications.
- Liaise with wider teams to elevate the email offering.
- Measure the performance of emails, including paid brand activity.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
