Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CRM Team
  • Manage Customer Relationships
  • Assist with Marketing Campaigns
  • Provide Insights to Improve Customer Engagement and Business Performance

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Support the Shaping and Development of the Email Marketing Calendar
  • Create Email Briefs and Write Commercially Driven Copy
  • Email Testing and Ensuring All Emails Work as Expected
  • Create and Test Push Notifications
  • Liaise with Wider Teams to Elevate Email Offering
  • Measure Performance of Emails, Including Paid Brand Activity

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Basic Knowledge of Data Analysis and Reporting Tools
  • A Proactive and Customer-Focused Approach to Work
  • Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks and Prioritize Effectively
  • Eagerness to Learn and Adapt to New Technologies
