Key Responsibilities
- Support the CRM Team
- Manage Customer Relationships
- Assist with Marketing Campaigns
- Provide Insights to Improve Customer Engagement and Business Performance
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Support the Shaping and Development of the Email Marketing Calendar
- Create Email Briefs and Write Commercially Driven Copy
- Email Testing and Ensuring All Emails Work as Expected
- Create and Test Push Notifications
- Liaise with Wider Teams to Elevate Email Offering
- Measure Performance of Emails, Including Paid Brand Activity
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
- Basic Knowledge of Data Analysis and Reporting Tools
- A Proactive and Customer-Focused Approach to Work
- Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks and Prioritize Effectively
- Eagerness to Learn and Adapt to New Technologies
