We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Assistant to join our team at Frasers Group. As a CRM Assistant, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships through the effective use of our CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data across our various brands, including Flannels, FRASERS, Studio, Amara, and Jack Wills.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns on email and mobile push notifications, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Insight Generation: Provide valuable insights to improve customer engagement and business performance, leveraging data analysis and reporting tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate our email offering and drive business growth.
- Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including paid brand activity.
