About the Role:

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sub Agent / Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the visiting Director and on-site Works Manager in delivering infrastructure works for a major new housing estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of infrastructure works, including earthworks, Section 278 works, road construction, and drainage installation.
  • Lead toolbox talks, daily briefings, and site inductions to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Work closely with the Site Agent and commercial team to raise early warning notices and promote the highest levels of health and safety on site.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on public-facing projects and ensure that the workforce is working safely, effectively, and efficiently.
  • Read drawings with the site engineer to coordinate gangs and overcome design difficulties.
  • Ensure that risk assessments and method statements are being adhered to.
