DK Recruitment are excited to be working in partnership with a leading Estate Agent across Devon and the South West. The company is now in a position to expand their Marketing department with a General Marketing Executive. The role will involve creating engaging marketing materials, planning and managing online and offline marketing campaigns, planning and attending events, and assisting with all other marketing requirements for both the business and its clients.

Known for selling some of the finest homes in area, this role is an opportunity to develop on an already market leading brand and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaigns
- Creating compelling and engaging content for marketing material
- Manage the online presence including the website and social media platforms
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Assist in maintaining and strengthening the agency's brand identity and image.
- Assist in organising and participating in events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the agency and build industry connections.
- Maintaining and being responsible for marketing administration

About you:

- A minimum of 3 years marketing experience
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Understanding of SEO and PPC is preferable
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience of marketing for a brand is preferrable of strong knowledge of how to build and expand on current brand marketing

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
