Baker

We are looking for a full time **Artisan baker** to join our team

The team consists of three Bakers working on shift rotation.

The shift starts at 11am and finishes 5/6pm. 4 days on, 2 days off in continuous rotation. This works out at being 30-35 hours per week, plus 28 days paid holiday.

We are looking for a baker with full artisan skills on the mixer, the table and the oven, and you must be prepared to work and manage all three stations with skill and experience. You will always be working with another skilled baker, but be happy and flexible to work in all three areas. A knowledge of Sourdough and other slow fermentation bread production processes is an advantage.

The salary is a reflection of our commitment to producing a high quality product at all times.

Accommodation for this job is also available, should you require it, in a town centre, clean, modern flat. This consists of: one bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen, one lounge. £600/month + electric +gas + water.

**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year
