Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare various cuts of meat according to customer preferences
- Ensure all meats are handled, stored, and prepared safely and hygienically
- Operate butchery equipment efficiently and maintain cleanliness
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by offering advice on meat selection and cooking techniques

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Butcher
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Proficient in meat preparation techniques and butchery tools
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Expected hours: 45 per week
