In light of ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Estimator / Account Manager or a CNC Machinist aspiring to transition into this role.

Job Responsibilities

As the successful Estimator / Account Manager, you will be trained to oversee 50% of the company’s order book, with the goal of achieving a minimum annual turnover increase of 16%.

Your role will involve:

  • Proactively acquiring new high-value clients: Engage potential clients through calls to qualify leads and establish strong partnerships, aiming to secure 80% of orders from these prospects.
  • Preparing precise and detailed quotations: Ensure quality from the outset by documenting all necessary details and adhering to ISO9001:2015 standards.
  • Providing machining design guidance: Review and discuss customer drawings to offer valuable insights and build trust.
  • Collaborating with the Estimation & Account Management team: Achieve personal KPIs while supporting team objectives through active participation in meetings.
  • Enhancing departmental operations: Continuously seek improvements and contribute to discussions aimed at fostering growth and strengthening profit margins.

Work Schedule
  • 41 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
  • Overtime opportunities available
