Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Estimation and Quoting: Accurately estimate project costs, prepare detailed quotes, and negotiate contracts to ensure profitable business growth.
  • Machining Design Advice: Provide expert advice on machining design, reviewing customer drawings and models, and offering solutions to optimize production processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Estimation & Account Management team, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, challenge current processes, and implement changes to drive business growth and strengthen margins.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in CNC Machining, Precision Engineering, or a related field, with a strong background in estimation, account management, and customer relationship management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately estimate project costs and prepare detailed quotes.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in a related field, such as engineering or business administration.
