About Hughes and Salvidge Ltd

We are a leading demolition contractor in the UK, operating nationwide and seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across the country, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with site teams to meet quality, cost, and client delivery expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including method statements, risk assessments, and demolition programs.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Support the estimating and business development teams in preparing tender submissions.
  • Submit monthly valuations and applications.

About the Role

  • Requires some construction management experience and site experience.
  • Must be able to work from our Head office base on the South Coast.
  • Demonstrable contracts and commercial experience to manage expectations.
  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CCDO Manager or Construction Management Degree.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of SHEQ regulations.
  • Knowledge of transport requirements, site waste, environmental, and traffic management plans (desirable).
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
