Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, cost, budget, and client delivery timescales are met.
  • Provide direction and management to the demolition team, ensuring effective site operations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering high-quality demolition and contracting projects on time and to budget.
  • Develop and implement Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Demolition Programmes.
  • Collaborate with site teams to ensure operational delivery of projects, meeting quality, cost, and client delivery expectations.
  • Manage contracts and commercial expectations, ensuring effective project management.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of transport requirements, site waste, environmental, and traffic management plans.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license and be willing to travel extensively.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualifications, such as CCDO Manager, CSCS Manager's black card, or Construction Management Degree.
  • Proven experience in demolition management, with a strong understanding of site operations and project management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
