Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Demolition team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the UK, working closely with site teams to ensure quality, cost, and client delivery timescales are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project manage multiple projects across the UK, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Support operational delivery of projects, ensuring quality, cost, and client delivery timescales are met.
  • Provide direction and management to the demolition team, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and to budget.
  • Develop and implement Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Demolition Programmes.
  • Support the Estimating and Business Development teams in completing project submissions.
  • Submit monthly project valuations and applications.

Requirements

  • You will have a construction management background and site experience, with a strong understanding of SHEQ regulations.
  • You will be able to work from our Head office base on the South Coast.
  • You will have demonstrable contracts and commercial experience, able to manage expectations with contracts.
  • You will hold relevant Professional Qualifications (e.g. CCDO Manager, CSCS Manager's black card, Construction Management Degree).
  • You will be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You will have a full UK driving licence.
