Company Overview

Bolt-On Recruitment is representing a reputable CNC Machining subcontractor looking to hire a Cost Estimator / Client Relations Manager. This distinguished organization specializes in the production of precision-engineered components, catering to a wide array of clients with a commitment to exceptional quality.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee the management of client orders, drive revenue growth, and enhance profitability. Primary responsibilities include actively acquiring new clients, generating precise quotations, offering machining design insights, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Create comprehensive and accurate quotations
  • Advise clients on machining design considerations
  • Work in partnership with the team to ensure success
  • Continuously seek improvements in departmental processes

Work Schedule:

  • 41 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Opportunities for overtime available
