Join Our Team as a Luggage Porter

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Luggage Porter to join our team at Park Plaza London Waterloo. As a Luggage Porter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist guests with delivering or storing their luggage and packages
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly and helpfully to guest requests
  • Work collaboratively with the concierge team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel and its services to provide informed recommendations to guests
