The Luggage Porter is a key member of our Guest Services team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. As a Luggage Porter, you will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly greeting and efficiently transporting their luggage to their rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and offering a friendly and hospitable greeting
  • Transporting luggage from arrival points to rooms and assisting with check-out and departure
  • Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining hotel amenities as needed
  • Safely storing and retrieving luggage, ensuring proper tagging and documentation
  • Communicating effectively with front desk staff for smooth check-in and check-out processes

About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and professionally. Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment is preferred.
