Your Role

As a key member of our support team, you will deliver exceptional assistance to distributors, customers, and end users concerning our comprehensive product offerings. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing top-notch support through phone, live web chat, and email channels.
  • Utilizing available resources to resolve technical inquiries effectively.
  • Managing web form submissions and directing them appropriately.
  • Assisting with the warranty process.
  • Offering diagnostic tool support via remote access.
  • Commissioning and exchanging diagnostic tools as needed.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and support sales initiatives, including software renewals.
What We Seek

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Extensive experience with various vehicle systems.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the automotive sector, particularly regarding innovative technologies.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we provide a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, along with a performance-based bonus and an additional 6% employer pension contribution (up to a maximum of 9%). Enjoy the benefits of hybrid working and 25 days of annual leave.
