Events Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Events Support Executive to join our team at World Vision UK, a leading international children's charity. As a key member of our Specialist Giving team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality events that engage and inspire our audiences.
About the Role:
The Events Support Executive will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events that meet our donor engagement and fundraising objectives. This will involve working closely with colleagues across the organization to deliver memorable and impactful events that strengthen our relationships with supporters and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of event strategies and plans that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Work closely with the Specialist Giving team to ensure that events are well-planned, executed, and evaluated to meet our donor engagement and fundraising objectives.
- Provide administrative support for events, including managing event databases, sending invitations, and tracking RSVPs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that events are aligned with our organizational brand and messaging.
- Contribute to the development of event materials, including event programs, invitations, and promotional materials.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Events Support Executive with a strong track record of delivering high-quality events that meet donor engagement and fundraising objectives. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
